In 2001 Ayers told the New York Times he is sorry they did not do more! They claimed responsibility for more than 30 bombings!
Sorry that he did not murder more people and orphan more children?
The Ayers/Obama people tell the lie that Ayers’ group were merely anti-Vietnam war protestors. Absolutely untrue. According to court filings, FBI wiretaps, and the FBI agents who infiltrated undercover, the goal of the Ayers’ led Weathermen was to take control of America in a violent revolution, and to change us into a classic Communist country. They opposed the Vietnam war not because it was a war, but because it was a war against Communism.
William Charles Ayers, his wife Bernardine Rae Dohrn née Ohrnstein, and his group were such wacked-out, murderous lunatics, so psychotically out of touch with reality, that they actually believed that by setting off more than 30 bombs and murdering police officers, that they could overthrow our government and seize control in a Communist dictatorship.
This explains why Ayers is today on the board of a Hugo Chavez phony non-profit that advocates a Communist revolution in the USA. Today! Right now! LINK
Ayers, who has long held a position as a college professor in Chicago, has a surprisingly nefarious past. He happens to be the founder of a domestic terrorist group called the Weather Underground, which he has written about extensively in his own memoir, Fugitive Days: A Memoir.
The Weather Underground was responsible for bombing several government targets throughout the 1970s and early 1980s, including the U.S. Capitol, the Pentagon, and a building used by the New York City Police Department. To finance their domestic terrorism activities the group also conducted “traditional” robberies, which occasionally led to murder.
What you don’t usually hear in modern-day news coverage of the group, is that three of those murders were of police officers killed in the line of duty.
On February 16, 1970, a bomb exploded at a San Francisco, California, Police Department substation, fatally wounding Sergeant Brian McDonnell. McDonnell died of his wounds two days later. A second officer, Robert Fogarty was partially blinded by the bomb’s shrapnel. Although the case has never officially been solved, members of the Weather Underground, including Bill Ayers and his wife, Bernardine Dohrn, were prime suspects.
On October 20, 1981, several members of the Weather Underground undertook the robbery of a bank to finance their terrorist activities. During the robbery the group murdered an armored car guard and two members of the Nyack, New York, Police Department – Officer Waverly Brown and Sergeant Edward O’Grady,. a Vietnam War veteran. Unlike with Sergeant McDonnell’s murder, this case was quickly solved and several members of the group were sentenced to lengthy prison terms.
Sergeant McDonnell, Officer Brown, and Sergeant O’Grady were just three of over a dozen law enforcement officers killed by radical, domestic terrorist groups during the 1970s and 1980s. Their memories may be forgotten by those who killed them and walk free – whether through lack of arrest and prosecution in McDonnell’s case or having served their sentences in Brown’s and O’Grady’s cases – but they will never be forgotten by their brothers and sisters in law enforcement. LINK
Sergeant Edward O'Grady and Officer Waverly Brown were shot and killed by heavily armed members of a domestic terrorist group, the Weather Underground, who had just robbed a bank and were attempting to escape. The suspects had just murdered an armored car guard and wounded two other guards before loading themselves into the back of a rental truck to be driven away by accomplices. The truck was stopped at a roadblock manned by several Nyack officers.
One of the female occupants in the cab of the truck told the officers their guns were making her nervous. Thinking they had stopped the wrong truck, the officers began to holster their weapons. Almost immediately afterwards several of the heavily armed men exited the back of the truck and opened fire with automatic weapons, fatally wounding Officer Brown and Sergeant O'Grady. The suspects fled the scene in different directions but were all eventually apprehended and sentenced to lengthy prison terms. One of the suspects was paroled in August 2003.
A suspect convicted of killing Police Officer John G. Scarangella of the New York City Police Department, was a prime suspect in the murders of Sergeant O'Grady and Officer Brown. When he was arrested for the murder of Officer Scarangella, he was in possession of a gun linked to the murders of Sergeant O'Grady and Officer Brown. That suspect was never charged in these murders.
Sergeant O'Grady was a Vietnam War veteran. He was survived by his wife and three children.
The Weather Underground was also connected to the Black Liberation Army, which was responsible for the murders of at least one dozen other police officers throughout the country. The Weather Underground is believed responsible for the unsolved bombing murder of San Francisco, California, Police Department Sergeant Brian McDonnell on February 16, 1970.
The Black Liberation Army was a violent, radical group that attempted to fight for independence from the United States government in the late 1960's and early 1970's. The BLA was responsible for the murders of more than 10 police officers around the country. They were also responsible for violent attacks around the country that left many police officers wounded. POLITICAL STATEMENT OF THE WEATHER UNDERGROUND
The Chicago Tribune, which once employed Barack Obama campaign strategist David Axelrod, is refusing to publish the truth about a Weather Underground terrorist bombing that killed a policeman. The paper apparently does not want to tarnish the image of Obama friends Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, who were allegedly part of or had direct knowledge of the bombing plot that also injured several other police officers. The Tribune considers Ayers an education expert and has published various articles by him. LINK
"The FBI report on the Weather Underground states, under the title of 'WUO Bombings and Attempted Bombings,' that on February 16, 1970, 'A bomb detonated at the Golden Gate Park Branch of the San Francisco Police Department killing one officer and injuring a number of other policemen.'
"The Society of Former Special Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation authored a 1979 pamphlet on the WUO that reported, 'On October 18, 1974, Larry Grathwohl, a former member of the WUO, testified before a US Senate Subcommittee that Bill Ayers, a WUO leader, had told him that Bernardine Dohrn, another WUO leader, had to plan, develop and carry out the bombing of the police station in San Francisco. Ayers told Grathwohl the bomb was placed on the window ledge and he described the bomb that was used to the extent of saying what kind of shrapnel was used in it.
'Victim of Park Station Bombing
For the officers of Park Station, the night of February 16, 1970 seemed like a normal routine watch. Officers Ron Martin #1324 and Al Arnaud #7 were outside inspecting their radio car, which was parked at the side of the station. Inside the station, it was business as usual for Officers Robert O‘Sullivan #44, Gerald Doherty #1441, and Edward Buckner #1484. Officer Robert Fogarty* #255 was standing at a desk talking to Officer Frank Rath
#549. Sergeant Paul Kotta #845 was standing in the assembly room looking at a vehicle hot sheet, and Sergeant Brian V. McDonnell #1001 was standing in the doorway off the office and the main squad room. At approximately 2244 hours, a pipe bomb exploded rocking the stillness of the night in the Park District. The force of the bomb’s explosion was
strong enough that the switchboard at the Hall of Justice was busy receiving calls from frightened residents of the Sunset and Richmond districts. An unknown subject or subjects had placed a bomb on the window ledge of Park Station, where the above officers were working. Officers Martin and Arnaud, who were standing several feet from the window ledge, were knocked to the ground and sustained injuries from the flying glass. The blast, which at the time was described by police officials, as the “loudest and deadliest” detonated in San Francisco in recent memory caused Officers Doherty and Buckner to suffer hearing impairment and shock. Sergeant Kotta was knocked to the floor of the assembly room unconscious. Officer Fogarty had suffered multiple severe wounds on his face, cheek and legs from the flying fragments and glass. Officers O’Sullivan and Rath were also injured by the flying pieces of debris. Sergeant McDonnell caught the full force of the flying shrapnel, which consisted of heavy metal staples and lead bullets. As other officers tried rendering aid to the fallen sergeant, they could see that he sustained a severed neck artery wound and severe wounds to his eyes and neck. He was transported to San Francisco General Hospital, where doctors attempted valiantly to save his life. Two days later, Sergeant Brian V. McDonnell succumbed to his injuries and died on February 18, 1970. Thirty-seven years have past since this tragic and senseless act of violence. Members of the San Francisco Police Officers Association have organized a memorial to dedicate a plaque in memory of Sergeant Brian V. McDonnell. All active and retired members are welcome to attend this memorial, which will be held at Park Station on
"When he [Bill Ayers] returned, we had another meeting at which time―and this is the only time that any Weathermen told me about something that someone else had done―and Bill started off telling us about the need to raise the level of the struggle and for stronger leadership inside the Weathermen 'focals' [i.e., cells] and inside the Weatherman organization as a whole. And he cited as one of the real problems was that someone like Bernardine Dohrn had to plan, develop and carry out the bombing of the police station in San Francisco, and he specifically named her as the person that committed that act."
Grathwohl added that Ayers "said that the bomb was placed on the window ledge and he described the kind of bomb that was used to the extent of saying what kind of shrapnel was used in it."
He was asked, "Did he say who placed the bomb on the window ledge?" He replied, "Bernardine Dohrn."
The Big Lie
The Weather Underground Communist terrorists have long peddled the line that their bombings didn't kill anybody, except themselves. The book flap for Ayers book, Fugitive Days, insists that the organization carried out "strategic, bloodless bombings, including one inside the Pentagon."
Bloodless? Tell that to the family of the San Francisco policeman and those who were injured. The book flap goes on to say that "Ayers and his comrades" became "America's other Viet Nam vets."
Ayers was part of a communist movement, with controllers in such places as Hanoi and Havana, that resulted in a communist takeover of South Vietnam and the ultimate sacrifice of the lives of more than 58,000 American soldiers in vain. If he was a Vietnam vet, he was on the communist side.
Perhaps the paper can ask Ayers and Dohrn about their alleged involvement in or knowledge of the San Francisco bombing. Perhaps the paper already has this information and is sitting on it. There is a report that a grand jury is currently investigating the 1970 bombing.
If Ayers and Dohrn have refused to talk about this to the Tribune, could their silence have something to do with the fact that there is no statute of limitations on murder?
Which raises a question that the media should put to Senator Obama: do you think, in view of the evidence, that either of your friends, Bill Ayers or Bernardine Dohrn, should be indicted and prosecuted for murder?

Barack Obama was much older than 8 when William Ayers was photographed stepping on a US flag in 2001, for an article in which Ayers said he had “No Regrets” for his violent actions in the Weather Underground.
In fact, at the same time Ayers was in a Chicago alley desecrating the flag, he and Barack Obama were serving on the board of the Woods Fund together: PolitiFact | Obama served on board with Ayers. LINK

The man the GOP loves to hate tiptoed out of hiding Sunday - if only to blast Fox News and the rest of the media for his predicament.
William Ayers, the '60s radical who is one of John McCain's talking points in his criticism of Barack Obama, told a Manhattan panel discussion audience he was tired of being used as cannon fodder in America's political wars. LINK
Screw Ayers! This man is a unrepentant terrorist. In his own words,
"Guilty as Hell, Free as a Bird, America is Great..." -
Listen very carefuly about how Ayers wants to "re-educate our kids", and how? To kill 25 million people with graduate degrees....in order to brainwash our kids.
There has been a sudden spate of blog items and newspaper articles, mainly in the British press, linking Barack Obama to a former member of the radical Weather Underground Organization that claimed responsibility for a dozen bombings between 1970 and 1974. The former Weatherman, William Ayers, now holds the position of distinguished professor of education at the University of Illinois-Chicago. Although never convicted of any crime, he told the New York Times in September 2001, "I don't regret setting bombs...I feel we didn't do enough."
Both Obama and Ayers were members of the board of an anti-poverty group, the Woods Fund of Chicago, between 1999 and 2002. In addition, Ayers contributed $200 to Obama's re-election fund to the Illinois State Senate in April 2001, as reported here. They lived within a few blocks of each other in the trendy Hyde Park section of Chicago, and moved in the same liberal-progressive circles.
Is there anything here that raises questions about Obama's judgment or is this just another example of guilt by association?
The first article in the mainstream press linking Obama to Ayers appeared in the London Daily Mail on February 2. It was written by Peter Hitchens, the right-wing brother of the left-wing firebrand turned Iraq war supporter, Christopher Hitchens. Hitchens cited the Ayers connection to bolster his argument that Obama is "far more radical than he would like us to know."
The Hitchens piece was followed by a Bloomberg article last week pointing to the Ayers connection as support for Hillary Clinton's contention that Obama might not be able to withstand the "Republican attack machine." Larry Johnson, a former counterterrorism official at the CIA and the State Department, predicted that the Republicans would seize on the Ayers case, and other Chicago relationships, to "bludgeon Obama's presidential aspirations into the dust."
The London Sunday Times joined the chorus this weekend by reporting that Republicans were "out to crush Barack by painting him as a leftwinger with dubious support".
The only hard facts that have come out so far are the $200 contribution by Ayers to the Obama re-election fund, and their joint membership of the eight-person Woods Fund Board. Ayers did not respond to e-mails and telephone calls requesting clarification of the relationship. Obama spokesman Bill Burton noted in a statement that Ayers was a professor of education at the University of Illinois and a former aide to Mayor Richard M. Daley, and continued:
Senator Obama strongly condemns the violent actions of the Weathermen group, as he does all acts of violence. But he was an eight-year-old child when Ayers and the Weathermen were active, and any attempt to connect Obama with events of almost forty years ago is ridiculous.
In the short term, the person who has most to gain by speculation about Obama's acquaintance with a former terrorist is Hillary Clinton. The former First Lady likes to present herself as "tested and vetted" after years of exposure to Republican attacks, in contrast to Obama, a relative newcomer to hardscrabble presidential politics. Such arguments resonate with Johnson, the counterterrorism expert, who told me that he is a Clinton supporter, although not involved with the campaign.
But the Obama-Ayers link is a tenuous one. As Newsday pointed out, Clinton has her own, also tenuous, Weatherman connection. Her husband commuted the sentences of a couple of convicted Weather Underground members, Susan Rosenberg and Linda Sue Evans, shortly before leaving office in January 2001. Which is worse: pardoning a convicted terrorist or accepting a campaign contribution from a former Weatherman who was never convicted?
Whatever his past, Ayers is now a respected member of the Chicago intelligentsia, and still a member of the Woods Fund Board. The president of the Woods Fund, Deborah Harrington, said he had been selected for the board because of his solid academic credentials and "passion for social justice."
"This whole connection is a stretch," Harrington told me. "Barack was very well known in Chicago, and a highly respected legislator. It would be difficult to find people round here who never volunteered or contributed money to one of his campaigns." LINK

Everything was absolutely ideal on the day I bombed the Pentagon. The sky was blue. The birds were singing. And the bastards were finally going to get what was coming to them.
I say “I” even though I didn’t actually bomb the Pentagon—we bombed it, in the sense that Weathermen organized it and claimed it—but I’ve had difficulty writing this, and I thought if I just said it boldly—”I bombed the Pentagon”—that might liberate me to go on.
There’s a necessary incompleteness in this account, an incoherence which is in part an artifact of those times and that situation. Some details cannot be told. Some friends and comrades have been in prison for decades; others, including Bernardine, spent months and months locked up for refusing to talk or give handwriting samples to federal grand juries. Consequences are real for people, and that’s part of this story, too. But the government was dead wrong, and we were right. In our conflict we don’t talk; we don’t tell. We never confess.
When activists were paraded before grand juries, asked to name names, to humiliate themselves, and to participate in destroying the movement, most refused and went to jail rather than say a word. Outside they told the press, I didn’t do it, but I dug it. I recall John Brown’s strategy over a century ago—he shot all the members of the grand jury investigating his activities in Kansas—but we weren’t there, and so we built a strategy of non-cooperation: Don’t talk. Even all these years later I look at it—a bomb inside the Pentagon and my breath catches, I tremble a bit. I used to say, Those who tell, don’t know, and those who know, don’t tell. It was a clever way to keep the bastards guessing. But I do know this, and I’m going to tell. In my way.
Why did you bomb the Pentagon? LINK
We were mostly into armed propaganda then, propaganda of the deed, guerilla theater, invisible resistance. Our bombings were less frequent, but we were not done with bombs. We reserved big attacks for big targets and big moments. We knew they would come…
JERUSALEM – The official campaign website of Sen. Barack Obama
has completely scrubbed a series of user-generated blog postings on the candidate's site by a former top communist activist who is an associate of former Weathermen terrorist leader William Ayers.
The move has raised questions regarding Obama's relationship with the deleted blogger, Mike Klonsky, who runs an education organization that was founded by Ayers and that received a substantial grant from a group directed by Obama. LINK
Unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers has received much attention for his many ties to Barack Obama. And Obama's obfuscation (some would say coverup) of those ties have drawn further scrutiny. Ayers wife, Bernadine Dohrn, was another member of the Weatherman Organization and equally unrepentant. To this day the pair advocate the overthrow of the United States government and have been staunch supporters of Barack Obama since his early days in Chicago. In 1988 Bernadine Dohrn and Michelle Obama appear to have crossed paths at the Chicago office of the law firm Sidley Austin. Both worked at the firm in the late 1980's.
From Brian Hecht:
Bernardine Dohrn, tellingly enough, helped set the tone for the Weathermen’s militant agenda. She was arrested for assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest during an attempt to incite a riot during the 1968 Democratic Convention in Chicago and even spent time on the FBI's 10 Most Wanted List. In 1969, shortly after members of the Manson Family committed the brutal Tate/LaBianca murders, Dohrn, speaking before an audience of SDS members, exclaimed, “Dig it! Manson killed those pigs, then they ate dinner in the same room with them, then they shoved a fork into a victim's stomach.” Dohrn now claims to have made the remark in jest, “mocking violence in America.” Her recent characterization, however, injects some irony to her tale, as the Weathermen did their level best to increase the amount of violence in America during their heyday.
Yet, despite her militant track record, Dohrn has managed to secure gainful employment at one of America’s most prestigious law schools. For Dohrn, her current prominent position at Northwestern is the culmination of nearly four decades of violent anti-Americanism.
What is disturbing is that The Mainstream Left continues to embrace those with a history of violence. LINK
Just a few weeks ago Barack Obama's Communications Director Robert Gibbs and Spokesman Bill Burton were swearing up and down their boss never wrote a "blurb" for William Ayers's book on the juvenile justice system, sarcastically titled "A Kind and Just Parent."
Perhaps they'd like to take a look at the first photo below. Anyone who bothered to do a Nexis search for the Chicago Tribune in 1997 found Obama's review. But now someone went to the archives and dug the thing up and look, there's Obama's picture, too!
That review is below as well as two scanned pages of the book in which Ayers fondly describes Obama as his neighbor, along with Nation of Islam Minister Louis Farrakhan.

I think Obama, Burton and Gibbs owe us an apology.
I've previously linked the YouTube video of Burton lying about this, but the video has been mysteriously taken down. Hmmmm. No matter, McCain has the transcript of Burton lying up HERE. The transcript from Hannity & Colmes of Gibbs lying about it is up HERE.
UPDATE: Read a few lines down from the highlighted part of the last photo. Ayers tells us Louis Farrakhan's "security force has a eye on things twenty-four-hours a day" in Obama's neighborhood. Anyone else think this is a bit scary?? Would you live in a neighborhood where the Nation of Islam's security detail is always on duty? LINK
Verum Serum discovered that not only were Barack Obama and Bill Ayers close associates but they shared the same office together.
Bill Ayers’ Small Schools Workshop, the one Obama directed over $1 million to, is located at 115 S. Sangamon Street, Chicago, Illinois 60607.
This is from the 2000 website:
This is the same address as the Annenberg Challenge according to a 1998 tax form:
Obama and Ayers were serving on the same board in 2002- less than six years ago. And they shared an office - for 3 years on the same floor. But Obama says he's just "a guy who lives in my neighborhood." No Senator, he's not.
More... Joshua discovered who else was working in the office with Obama and unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers... The radical 1960's Maoist Mike Klonsky.
Verum Serum even found an old letterhead with Klonsky's name on it.
Obama shared office space with Ayers AND Klonsky:
And gee... wouldn't ya know, idiot Mike Klonsky is listed as Co-Director with Bill Ayers at the same address as Obama. Now, not only do we have Obama linked to terrorist Ayers, but to another radical nutjob Klonsky.
Who is Mike Klonsky?
For that we don't just look up wiki. We look to a more informed site on connectivity and info...
From DiscoverTheNetworks.org.
"WorldNetDaily reported further that "while Obama chaired the board of the CAC,"
"... more than $600,000 was granted to an organization founded by Ayers and run by Mike Klonsky, a former top communist activist."
Gee, there's that ugly "C" word that no one in the Media will mention - Communist.
"Klonsky was leader of the Marxist-Leninist Communist Party, which was effectively recognized by China as the all-but-official U.S. Maoist party."
Obama funded this idiot- Obama.
Great. Our next president may not just be the most liberal politician to ever serve but his only major achievement will be his years working in an office with a domestic terrorist and a radical Maoist on failed educational projects.
Good God.

WILLIAM AYERS HAS BEEN THE MASTERMIND BEHIND THE RISE OF BARACK OBAMA
NEW YORK, NY)(September 9, 2008) Nailing down the relationship between "mad bomber" William Ayers and Barack Obama has been the greatest challenge of the 2008 presidential campaign.
The second biggest challenge of 2008 has been deciphering and understanding Barack Obama's campaign structure. His campaign is unlike any other presidential campaign in U. S. history. Obama's operation is authoritarian, disciplined and centralized in Chicago. Obama's reliance on a nationwide network of local "offices" and mailing lists points inexorably to a political latticework straight out of William Ayers' revolutionary playbook.
The bottom line: After an exhaustive investigation ContrarianCommentary.com can confirm that Barack Obama appears to be William Ayers' "front" for a national, ongoing Maoist-style revolutionary campaign structure which will endure past November 4th.

John Murtagh says Barack Obama should have known better than to associate with William Ayers, whose Weather Underground group claimed responsibility for firebombing his family's home nearly four decades ago.
A Yonkers, N.Y., councilman whose home was bombed nearly four decades ago by the Weather Underground says Barack Obama should know better than to associate with the domestic terror group's co-founder, Bill Ayers.
"Barack Obama constantly says, 'I was only 8 years old when this happened.' That's kind of his throwaway line," John Murtagh told FOX News Thursday morning.
"I'm not questioning what Barack Obama was doing when he was 8 years old. I'm questioning his behavior as an adult to choose his friends, mentor and longtime personal and professional colleague."
Murtagh discussed the 1970 bombing as John McCain's campaign put renewed focus on Obama's ties to Ayers, who lives in Chicago and is an education professor at the University of Illinois. Click here for video of the interview with Murtagh. LINK
